Yes, you can customize the color of the tote and add-ons like pockets and handles. To do this, please choose from the available color options in the drop-down menu on our website, or contact us directly via email or website messages for special requests.
Can I change the size of the tote to better suit my needs?
We’re sorry, but we aren’t able to offer size changes. Our production uses specialized press clickers, and creating a custom one for a different size can cost two to three times more than making the tote itself. We hope you’ll love our totes just as they are!
Do you make fully custom totes?
We’re sorry, but we don’t offer fully custom-made totes at this time. However, we believe you’ll love our current designs just as they are!
I’d like to wear my new tote over my coat. Is it possible to make the straps longer?

Can I order a lined tote bag?

Where Is My Order Shipped From?
To provide faster and more competitive shipping, we have a warehouse and office in the US. Some items will be shipped from Blaine, MN via USPS Priority Mail.
Customized with add-on, personalized, orders will always be shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine. If a finished product isn’t in stock, it will be dispatched directly from our production facility.
Please note: Shipping costs and delivery times remain the same, even when orders are sent from Ukraine via DHL Express.

My Leather Is Transferring Dye – Help!
Experiencing color transfer from leather to clothing is known as “crocking.” While it’s rare, it can happen with brand new leather goods, and we understand it can be concerning.
Because leather is a natural material, dye absorption can vary from hide to hide, making it difficult to predict. To minimize the chance of transfer, we recommend gently wiping the leather with an old towel or soft microfiber before use to remove any excess dye.

I Just Got My Bag and It Has a Strong Scent – Why?
Each of our leather colors is tanned using a unique formula, so variations in scent are completely normal. Some colors naturally carry a stronger aroma than others, especially if the leather was recently tanned. Our products move quickly from tannery to doorstep — sometimes in less than four weeks — so the scent can be more noticeable on arrival.
Don’t worry — the smell typically fades within a few days to a couple of weeks, especially if the item is stored in a well-ventilated area. To help speed up the process, we recommend placing a cedar or charcoal sachet inside the bag.
If the scent remains stronger than expected after airing out, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to assist!
How to care for a leather bag before/after applying a protective wax spray?
Step 1. Before using the spray, gently wipe the surface of the bag with a soft dry cloth - this will remove dust and prepare the leather for the application of the product.
Step 2. Shake the spray bottle well - this will distribute the wax evenly and provide the most effective protection.
Step 3. Let the product dry completely. After this, it is recommended to gently wipe the leather with an old towel or microfiber - this will remove excess unabsorbed wax and give the surface a neat look.

Can you remove scratches from a leather bag?
Yes! If your Pull Up Distressed Calf leather bag has developed deep scratches over the course of wear, don’t worry — they can be partially removed using a hard wax crayon. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Step 1. Preparing the leather
First, clean the surface of the bag from dust and dirt. For light cleaning, use a dry microfiber or an old soft towel.
If the leather is heavily soiled (from time or frequent use), use a special leather care product like Pull Up Distressed Calf. Any mild cleaners designed for nubuck or suede will do — the main thing is that they don’t contain alcohol.
Step 2. Applying the wax crayon
Gently apply the wax crayon directly to the scratch. Then, using circular motions, begin rubbing the wax into the leather — this will help it distribute evenly and fill in the damage. For rubbing, also use a microfiber or an old towel.
