Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges on items that:

• It is not personalized, not custom-made, and not a clearance or sale item.
• It does not include any add-ons or modifications, as these are considered customizations of the original item.
• It is in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags (if any), and in the original packaging.
• It is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Depending on your location, delivery times for the return may vary.

For returns of items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

Non-returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on:

• Personalized or custom-made items with included add-ons
• Clearance or sale items
  Gift cards
• Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Replacements

If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we’ll happily replace the personalized item for you free of charge.

However, we do not offer replacements for items with incorrect engraving or personalization caused by customer error, including any add-ons that you did not require.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

• your item is defective or damaged
• you received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If more than 12 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven’t received it:

1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Then contact your bank — processing times can vary depending on the institution.

Force Majeure / Undeliverable Packages

Please note, we will issue a refund for the product only (shipping costs will be deducted) in the following cases:

• The customer was unavailable during delivery.
• The customer provided an invalid phone number or email address.
• The package was returned to us or utilized by the postal service for the above reasons.

If a customer refuses a package without providing a reason, and the package is subsequently returned or destroyed, we are not responsible for any costs incurred.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

• Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags (if any), and in the original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
