Processing takes 2–4 business days (USA) and 3–5 business days (EU and worldwide). This does not include weekends or holidays.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We prepare and ship orders on business days only — Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Does the price include any additional payments?
Our prices do not include VAT, GST, or other country-specific taxes and duties.
For international customers, if customs fees apply, you’ll receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile, or your local customs authority requesting payment to process your order through customs.
Unfortunately, there’s no legal way to avoid customs charges. Once you complete the payment with the customs broker, your order will be cleared for final delivery.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we gladly accept returns on items that are not personalized, custom-made with add-ons, or clearance.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

How do I return or exchange my order?

When is a return not possible?
Please note: We refund the cost of the product only. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund in the following cases:
- The customer was unavailable during delivery.
- The customer provided an invalid phone number and/or email address, and the item was returned or discarded by the postal service.
- The customer refused the package without providing a reason, and the package was discarded by the carrier.
In these cases, we are not responsible for shipping costs or any additional fees charged by the postal service.
